This Week's Finals

Qatar ExxonMobil Open

Well it seems with Federer out Nadal was not willing to go the extra mile and beat Monfils who won in a straight froward match 63 64, and with the top two seeds out it's up to the next two to keep the organisers happy! It is probably a good thing that Nadal can rest-up a bit before the Australian Open begins, so he can rest his shoulder and prepare. For this tournament my money will be on Tsonga, he has had a day to rest and has had a fantastic 2011, I hope to see him continue with it in 2012, his matches against Federer have been great tennis to watch. This all-French Final will be great for the two player's to improve their ranking!

Final - Monfils Vs Tsonga

Brisbane International 2012
Now I correctly guess Murray (who beat Tomic 63 62) but he will be facing Dolgopolov in the final after Simon was beaten 76(2) 64, you have to favour Murray but there has been a few upsets this week so check back to see how the match went!

Final - Murray Vs Dolgopolov

In other news, tennis legend Ivan Lendl has arrived in Brisbane to begin working with Andy Murray, read about it here.

Aircel Chennai Open

The semi-finals for this tournament will be Tipsaravic Vs Soeda, Soeda beat Wawrinka his quarter-final so it may become an interesting match, and Almagro Vs Raonic, my guess would be Almagro but I couldn't be sure.

An Almagro Vs Tipsaravic final is looking likely but I will keep you posted!

Check back after all these match's to see the singles winner!
